为加强基层基础建设，改革基层社会服务管理工作体制，提高基础运行效率，现面向社会公开招聘专职网格员，有关事项公告如下：
|
||

一、招聘计划
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
招聘专职网格员10名
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
二、招聘条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、身体健康，遵纪守法，思想进步，品行端正，作风正派，无违法犯罪记录；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、热爱社会综合治理工作，热心为群众服务，甘于奉献、诚信友爱，有一定的组织协调和岗位独立工作能力;
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3、年龄45岁以下;
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
4、具有高中（中专）及以上文化程度，熟悉智能手机、电脑办公软件操作，会骑电瓶车；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
5、报考人员户籍所在地要求限定在本村（社区），详见附件1《雅安经开区正腾人力资源管理有限公司公开招聘专职网格员职位表》。

三、具有下列情形之一的人员不能报考：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、现任名山区永兴街道办村、组干部；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、曾受过各类刑事处罚的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3、参加或组织非法宗教活动，以及其他非法组织的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
4、有违法、违纪行为正在接受审查的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
5、损害群众利益、漠视群众疾苦、群众意见反映较大的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
6、其它不适宜报考的情形。

四、招聘程序
|
||
</p>
|
||

||
（一）报名
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名时间：2021年6月1日—6月8日（法定工作日上午8:30—12:00，下午14:30—18:00）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名方式：现场报名、线上报名。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名地点：雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司3楼1312办公室（四川雅安经济开发区滨河东路3号）；线上报名请将报名资料发送至邮箱773836156@qq.com。

报名人员提供以下资料用于审核：身份证、学历证原件和复印件1份;书面填写附件2《雅安经开区正腾人力资源管理有限公司公开招聘专职网格员报名表》1份;本人近期1寸免冠彩照1张。

（二）考试
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
直接面试：如符合条件的应聘人数等于或低于招聘岗位人数1:3的，不再组织笔试，应聘人员直接进入面试环节。满分100分，从高到低依次排名。根据考生面试成绩按1:1的比例确定进入考察人选。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
笔试+面试：如符合条件的应聘人数超过招聘岗位人数1:3的则组织笔试。根据笔试成绩从高到低依次排名，按照1:3进入面试。总成绩=笔试成绩×40%+面试成绩×60%，根据总成绩从高分到低分按招聘计划的1:1比例确定进入考察人选。
|

||
考试时间和地点另行通知。
|
||

||

||
五、考察和体检
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、考察：由正腾公司和永兴街道办组织考察，主要考察考生的思想政治素质、遵纪守法情况、道德品质修养、心理调适能力等方面情况，并对其相关材料的真实有效性和报考资格进行核实确认。对考察中发现有不符合招聘条件的人员，取消其聘用资格。因考察不合格、自动放弃或因报考者个人原因导致无法对其进行考察出现的空额，经批准后，可按照招聘岗位报考者考试总成绩从高到低(考试总成绩相同的，以面试成绩高低确定名次;如面试成绩也相同的，则采取加试办法确定)依次等额递补。递补人员考察合格后，对其进行体检。
|
||

|
||

|
||
2、体检：由正腾公司组织体检，按公务员录用体检通用标准进行体检，体检不合格的，依次递补。报考人员不按规定的时间、地点参加体检，视作放弃体检。体检费用考生自理。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
六、岗前培训
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
拟聘用人选，需参加岗前培训(具体事宜另行通知)。培训发现不符合条件的，不予招聘。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
七、工资及福利待遇
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
本次公开招聘采取劳务派遣的方式，雅安经开区正腾人力资源管理有限公司与聘用人员签订劳动合同，派遣到名山区永兴街道办工作。基本工资1650元/月，购买五险（按照相关政策执行）。
|
||
