根据公司经营发展需要，按照公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则，决定面向社会公开招聘工作人员。现将有关事项公告如下：

一、名额及职位条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
本次面向社会公开招聘工作人员7名，详见《雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司2022年度公开招聘专业技术人员职位表》。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
二、报考条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（一）基本条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，拥护党的路线、方针、政策，具有良好的道德品行，无违法、违纪等不良记录；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.身体健康、性格乐观、心理素质好、团队意识强；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3.凡有下列情形之一的人员，不得报名：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（1）因犯罪受过刑事处罚的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（2）被开除中国共产党党籍的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（3）被开除公职的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（4）被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（5）在招考中违规违纪在禁考期内的；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（6）被辞退未满五年的公务员或参照公务员法管理的机关（单位）工作人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（7）现役军人；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（8）在读的非高校应届毕业生；
|
||
</p>
|
||

|
||
（9）法律法规规定不得聘用的其他情形。

（二）岗位资格条件
|
||

三、招聘程序
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（一）报名
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名时间：2022年3月14日—2022年3月25日（法定工作日上午8:30—12:00，下午14:30—18:00）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名方式：网上报名和现场报名任选其一。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||

||
将报名表（本公告附件下载后填写）、身份证、毕业证、学位证、职称证书、执业资格证书及工作经历证明等相关证明文件扫描后打包发送至邮箱yacytz@163.com（压缩包命名格式：姓名+报考单位+报考岗位）。

2.现场报名（工作日，上午8:30-12:00，下午14:30-18:00）
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名地点：雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司3楼1312办公室（雅安经济技术开发区滨河东路3号）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名人员提供以下资料用于审核：身份证、毕业证、学位证、职称证书、执业资格证书及工作经历证明原件和复印件1份;书面填写《雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司公开招聘专业技术人员报名表》1份;本人近期1寸免冠彩照2张。报名考生提供的联系电话必须真实有效，保持畅通，因考生提供的联系电话有误或无法联系考生影响报考的，责任自负。

||
（二）资格审查
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
资格审查在报名时同步进行，根据报考条件，对报考人员进行资格审查。资格审查工作贯穿于公开招聘工作全过程，在任何阶段发现报考人员不符合职位要求情形或隐瞒有关情况、提供虚假报考材料的，均可取消其报考聘用资格。
|
||

|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（三）笔试
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
对通过资格审查的人员，组织参加笔试，笔试主要测试岗位专业知识，笔试开考比例不低于1:3。对未达到开考比例的岗位，由公司进行相应调减或取消。笔试满分100分，折算占总成绩40%。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（四）面试
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
根据笔试成绩，按1:2的比例从高分到低分确定人员进入面试。面试满分100分，折算占总成绩60%。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（五）体检
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
根据笔试、面试折算总成绩（总成绩＝笔试×40%+面试×60%），按招聘计划数1:1的比例从高分到低分等额确定体检对象。体检的项目和标准参照最新修订的《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》和《公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）》执行，体检费用由考生自理。体检不合格或自动放弃出现缺额，经公司研究决定可在进入面试人员中按总成绩从高分到低分递补一次。
|
||

||

|
||
（六）考察
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
体检合格的，进入考察。考察需全面了解其能力和素质，包括但不限于德、能、勤、绩、廉，并对其学历、履历、任职资格等情况进行核实。考察不合格或自动放弃出现缺额，经公司决定，可在进入面试人员中按总成绩从高分到低分递补一次，递补人员经体检合格后进入考察。

||

|
||
（七）公示
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
经体检、考察合格的报考人员进行公示，公示期为5个工作日，公示期间接受社会监督。对公示期间，有严重影响聘用的问题并查有实据的，不予聘用。对反映有严重问题，但一时难以查实的，暂缓聘用，待查实并作出结论后再决定是否聘用。
|
||

||

|
||
（八）聘用
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
公示无异议或反映问题不影响聘用的，按程序报办理聘用手续。被聘用人员应在规定时间到招聘单位报，对拒不按时报到的，取消聘用资格。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
已公示的招聘职位如出现缺额，不再递补。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
四、薪酬待遇
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
按《雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司薪酬管理办法》执行。
|
||
</p>
|
||

|

五、其他事项
|
||
</p>
|
||

|
||
