根据公司经营发展需要，按照公开、平等、择优原则，我公司拟面向社会公开考核招聘项目制人员。现将有关事项公告如下：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
一、招聘岗位及条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
此次公开考核招聘项目制人员7名，详见附件一职位表。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
二、报名条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，遵纪守法，品行端正。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.具有招聘职位要求的学历和专业知识，符合招聘岗位所要求的其他条件。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3.有下列情形之一者，不得报考：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（1）曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的人员、涉嫌违法、违纪正在接受调查尚未作出结论的人员和曾被开除的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（2）受党纪或政务处分且在处分期内的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（3）在各级公务员（参公人员）和事业单位、国有企业公开招考中违规违纪尚在禁考期内的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（4）国家法律法规规定不宜聘用的其他情形。
|
||

三、招聘程序
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（一）报名
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名时间：2022年10月1日—10月11日（10月1日-10月7日仅限线上报名，10月8日-10月11日可现场报名、线上报名，现场报名时间法定工作日上午8:30—12:00，下午14:30—18:00）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名地点：雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司2楼1202办公室（四川雅安经济开发区滨河东路3号）；线上报名请将报名资料发送至邮箱429347546@qq.com。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名人员提供以下资料用于审核：身份证、学历学位证、相关职称、工作经历证明、等级证书原件和复印件1份（官方网站可查询的证件，可不提供原件）;书面填写《雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司报名登记表》1份；本人近期1寸免冠彩照1张。

||
报名人员提供的联系电话必须真实有效，保持畅通，因联系电话有误或无法联系考生影响报考的，责任自负。
|
||
</p>

||

||
（二）资格审查
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
根据岗位资格条件及应聘人员的证明材料进行资格审查,对基本条件、任职资格、业务能力等进一步落实，择优选聘，资格审查贯穿考核招聘工作全过程。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（三）面试
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
本次考核招聘采取结构化面试考核方式进行。面试主要内容是测试面试者的工作能力、业务素质和综合能力，面试按照百分制评分，面试成绩占总成绩的100%，面试成绩不低于70分方可进入考察。面试时间和地点另行通知，面试成绩在雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司官网公示。
|
||

||

|
||
（四）考察
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
按面试成绩1：1比例确定考察人选，主要调查核实考核招聘人员政治思想表现、社会关系、工作经历、党风廉政等方面的情况。考察符合条件，进入体检。考察不合格，按面试成绩从高分到低分依次递补进入考察、体检程序，若递补人员考察或体检不合格，取消该岗位。
|
||

||

|
||
（五）体检
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
体检按照公务员体检标准执行。体检合格者进入公示程序，因体检不合格或自愿放弃体检出现的缺额，按综合成绩从高到低依次递补进入考察、体检程序，若递补人员考察或体检不合格，取消该岗位。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（六）公示
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
根据考生考试成绩、体检和考察结果确定拟聘用人员，并通过雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司官网进行不少于3天的公示。公示期间接受社会监督举报，举报者应以真实姓名实事求是地反映问题，并提供必要的调查线索。因公示有异议或其他原因出现的缺额，不再递补人员。
|
||

||

|
||
（七）录用
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
任前公示无异议，予以录用，并签订以完成一定任务为期限的劳动合同。
|
||
</p>
|
||

|
||
四、薪酬待遇
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
待遇面议，“五险一金”等福利待遇按相关政策规定执行。
|
||
</p>
|
||

||
五、其他事项
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（一）做好个人疫情防控相关事宜。对无疫情发生县(市、区、旗)的考生，需查验“天府健康通”健康码和行程码，以及7天内核酸检测阴性证明。对有中高风险区7天旅居史的考生，将按照雅安市疫情管控要求采取相应集中隔离措施，请考生及时注意做好疫情防控措施，及早避开中高风险区。考试疫情防控相关规定将根据我市疫情防控的总体部署和最新要求进行动态调整。请考生持续做好自我健康管理，随时关注“雅安疾控”微信公众号发布的疫情防控提示，并严格按相关规定执行。
