攀钢集团工科工程咨询有限公司受雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司委托，拟对<a></a>川西大数据产业园8#会展中心工程（布展服务项目）进行国内公开招标，兹邀请符合本次招标要求的供应商参加投标。
|

|
||
</p>
|
||

||
本项目共1个包，采购川西大数据产业园8#会展中心布展服务。（具体详见招标文件第六章）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
五、供应商参加本次采购活动，应当在提交投标文件前具备下列条件：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
<a></a>1、满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、本项目的特定资格要求：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.1具有建筑装饰工程设计专项甲级及以上资质和建筑装修装饰工程专业承包壹级及以上资质；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.2本项目允许联合体投标
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.2.1以联合体形式参加投标的，联合体各方均应当符合《政府采购法》第二十二条第一款规定的条件，并提交联合体协议，载明联合体各方承担的工作和相应的责任；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.2.2联合体中有同类资质的供应商按照联合体分工承担相同工作的，应当按照资质等级较低的供应商确定资质等级；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.2.3联合体各方不得再单独参加或者与其他供应商另外组成联合体参加同一合同项下的采购活动。
|
||
</p>
|
||

||

六、招标文件获取时间、地点：

||

招标文件自2021年07月16日至2021年07月22日每天上午9:00- 12:00，下午14:00-17:00（北京时间，节假日除外），在攀钢集团工科工程咨询有限公司获取
|
||
</p>

||
1、文件获取方式：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
线上办理：通过电子邮件将规定的资料发送至指定的邮箱进行办理（304890625@qq.com）。
|
||

||

|
||
2、获取文件时需要提供的资料：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.1若投标人为法人或者其他组织的，只需提供单位介绍信、经办人身份证明；
|
||

|
||
2.2若投标人为自然人的，只需提供本人身份证明。

||

|
||
注：以上资料均加盖公章（通过线上办理的需提供加盖公章的扫描件），投标人为自然人的应由本人签字。

招标文件价格300元，售后不退，投标资格不能转让。

七、投标截止时间和开标时间：2021年08月06日11：00（北京时间）。
