根据公开、公平、公正、诚信的原则，现诚邀具有独立法人资格和所供车辆合法经营权、信誉良好、具备本项目供货能力的供应商参加报价，具体内容如下：

||
1、采购项目名称：宇通牌T7高端商务车采购。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、项目内容：雅安经开区综合服务管理有限公司宇通牌T7高端商务车采购。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3、采购预算：46万元（超过采购预算的报价为无效报价）。
|
||

||

4、期限、质量
|
||
</p>

||

4.1计划交货期：合同签订后35个日历天内；
|
||
</p>
|
||

4.2交货地点：雅安市经开区滨河东路3号
|
||
</p>

||

4.3主要技术性能指标：车辆技术指标须满足国家标准（详见附件技术参数）。

5、条件要求：
|
||
</p>
|
||

|
||
5.1资格条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；<br />
|
||
  （3）具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；<br />
|
||
  （4）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；<br />
|
||
  （5）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；
|
||
</p>

||

（6）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件；
|
||
</p>
|
||

|
||
5.2资质条件：供应商需具有独立法人资格，具有生产或销售本次采购货物资格的企业。
|
||

||

|
||
6、评标办法：本次询价采购，采购人根据符合采购需求、质量和服务相等且报价最低（按最低单价）的原则确定成交供应商。
|
||
</p>

||

7、报价文件递交

||

||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1.报价文件递交截止时间为2022年8月16日北京时间18:00。请各报价人必须在2022年8月16日北京时间18:00前将报价文件送交至雅安市经济开发区滨河东路3号（雅安产业投资集团有限公司3楼1312室）。

2.所递交的报价文件必须密封。

||

3.逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的报价文件，询价人不予受理。
