川西大数据产业园8#会展中心工程（布展服务项目）拟采用公开招标方式采购，于2021年6月23日组织专家进行了采购需求论证。现将此事项向潜在的供应商和社会公众广泛征求意见，有关情况公示如下：

一、采购人：雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
二、项目名称：川西大数据产业园8#会展中心工程（布展服务项目）
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
三、采购预算：人民币3799.9517万元。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
四、采购方式：公开招标
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
五、论证事项包括以下内容：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（一）是否属于政府采购政策扶持范围；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（二）采购数量、采购标的的功能标准、性能标准、材质标准、安全标准、服务标准以及是否有法律法规规定的强制性标准；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（三）拟采用的采购方式、评审方法和评审标准；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（四）拟确定的供应商参加采购活动的资格条件；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（五）政府采购项目的实质性要求，政府采购项目履约时间和方式、验收方法和标准及其他合同实质性条款；
|
||
</p>
|
||

||
（六）其他需要论证的事项。

六、专家组论证意见：详见附件。

||
各潜在供应商、单位及个人对公示内容及论证意见有异议的，应于公示发布之日起3个工作日内（2021年7月5日至2021年7月7日），以书面形式（包括异议具体内容、事实，供应商名称及联系人姓名和联系人方式等），将异议情况反馈至采购人。
|
