根据公司经营发展需要，按照公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则，我公司决定面向社会公开招聘工作人员2名，现将有关事项公告如下：
|
||
</p>

||

||
一、名额及职位条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
本次面向社会公开招聘工作人员2名，详见《雅安数字经济运营有限公司公开招聘工作人员职位表》。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
二、报考条件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，遵纪守法，品行端正。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.具有招聘职位要求的学历和专业知识，符合招聘岗位所要求的其他条件。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3.有下列情形之一者，将不予聘用：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（1）受过刑事处罚、治安处罚、涉嫌违法犯罪正在接受调查尚未作出结论和曾被开除的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（2）受党纪或政务处分且在处分期内的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（3）各级公务员（参公人员）和事业单位公开招考中违规违纪在禁考期内的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（4）被机关或事业单位辞退未满三年的人员；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（5）现役军人；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（6）国家规定不宜聘用的人员。
|
||
</p>

||

三、招聘程序
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（一）报名
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名时间：7月27日—8月10日（法定工作日上午8:30—12:00，下午14:30—18:00）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名方式：现场报名、线上报名。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名地点：雅安数字经济运营有限公司3楼1312办公室（四川雅安经济开发区滨河东路3号）；线上报名请将报名资料发送至邮箱773836156@qq.com。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
报名人员提供以下资料用于审核：身份证、毕业证、学位证、相关职称、工作经历证明、等级证书原件和复印件1份（网络可查询的相关证件，可不提供原件）;书面填写《雅安数字经济运营有限公司公开招聘工作人员报名表》1份;本人近期1寸免冠彩照2张。

报名考生提供的联系电话必须真实有效，保持畅通，因考生提供的联系电话有误或无法联系考生影响报考的，责任自负。

（二）资格审查
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
资格审查在报名时同步进行，根据报考条件，对报考人员进行资格审查。资格审查工作贯穿于公开招聘工作全过程，报考人员如隐瞒有关情况或者提供虚假报考材料的，一经查实，即取消报考、录用资格。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（三）笔试
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
对通过资格审查的人员，组织参加笔试，笔试开考比例原则上不低于1:3，对于报名人数较少达不到开考比例的职位，经上级主管部门批准，可降低开考比例。笔试满分100分，折算占总成绩40%。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（四）面试
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
根据笔试成绩，按不低于1:2的比例从高分到低分确定一定比例人员进入面试。面试满分100分，折算占总成绩60%。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（五）体检
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
根据笔试、面试折算总成绩（总成绩＝笔试×40%+面试×60%），按招聘计划数1:1的比例从高分到低分等额确定体检对象，体检的项目和标准参照最新修订的《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》和《公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）》执行，体检费用由考生自理。体检不合格或自动放弃出现缺额，经公司决定可在进入面试人员中按总成绩从高分到低分递补一次（仅递补一次）。
|

|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（六）考察
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
体检合格的，进入考察。考察需全面了解其能力和素质，包括但不限于德、能、勤、绩、廉，并对其学历、履历、任职资格等情况进行核实。考察不合格或考察合格后自动放弃出现缺额，取消该职位。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（七）公示和聘用
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
经体检、考察合格的报考人员，确定为拟聘用人员，进行公示。公示期间接受社会监督举报，举报者应以真实姓名实事求是地反映问题，并提供必要的调查线索。因公示有异议、自动放弃或其他原因出现的缺额，取消该职位。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
公示无异议的，履行相关程序后，予以聘任，签订劳动合同，试用期2个月。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
四、薪酬待遇
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
参照执行《雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司薪酬管理办法》。
|
