经四川雅安经济开发区经济发展局备案号为《川投资备【2019-511850-17-01-242078】FGQB-0054号》备案的雅安经开区城乡一体化建设项目-雅安经济开发区永兴五路南段建设项目，雅安经济技术开发区雅云建设管理有限公司按照《中华人民共和国水土保持法》等相关法规及技术标准规定，委托四川煤田一四一建设投资有限公司编制完成了水土保持方案报告书，根据《水利部办公厅关于做好生产建设项目水土保持承诺制管理的通知》（办水保〔2020〕160号）相关要求，对《雅安经开区城乡一体化建设项目-雅安经济开发区永兴五路南段建设项目水土保持方案报告书》向社会进行为期10个工作日的公示，公示时间为2022年10月27日-2022年11月9日，公示期间接受社会各界的监督举报。
