雅安经开区综合服务管理有限公司2021-2024年度车辆定点维修保养服务采购项目，本次询价采购将确定雅安经开区综合服务管理有限公司2021-2024 年度车辆定点维修保养服务单位。现发出询价公告，诚邀各单位报价。
|
||

一、报价须知：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、报价方式：书面材料密封报价。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、采购方式：☑询价采购；□竞争性谈判采购；□单一来源采购；□其他采购方式。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3、供应商筛选标准：参与询价的供应商得分最高的前3名为成交供应商，实际发生车辆维修需求时在中标维修供应商中任意选择一家进行车辆维修。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
二、报价内容及要求
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、保证零配件特别是涉及车辆行车安全的关键零部件符合国家质量标准；（如：刹车系统、转向系统等）；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、承担因汽车零配件质量问题给汽车带来的全部损失；提供全天24小时全天候服务；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3、市区半小时内到达现场免费施救；区县两小时到达施救现场，施救费用应低于社会车辆施救费用价格。供应商应在雨城区、名山区、经开区设有维修点。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
4、供应商报价为含税价，开具增值税专用发票。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
三、商务要求：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1.服务时限：叁年（自合同签订生效之日起）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.服务地点：采购人指定地点。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3.履约方式：成交供应商与采购人签订合同后，合同双方应严格执行合同条款，履行合同规定的义务，保证合同的顺利完成。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
四、递交响应文件
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、递交方式：现场递交，响应文件一正一副加盖本单位公章。
|
||
</p>
|
||

|
||
2、递交的地点：雅安市经济开发区滨河东路3号 （雅安产业投资集团有限公司3楼1302室）。

||
</p>
|
||

||
响应文件递交截止时间：2021年11月15日11时00分(北京时间)。供应商应当在采购文件要求的截止时间前，将响应文件密封送达指定地点。在截止时间后送达的响应文件为无效文件，将被拒收。
