1.1本招标项目雅安职业技术学院大数据学院建设项目（一期）总平劳务外包，项目业主为雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司，建设资金已落实，项目出资比例为 100% ，招标人为雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

2.2招标范围：项目规划建设净用地面积为198018.85平方米。本工程由大数据学院A区、大数据学院B区两部组成,一期总建筑面积72281.62平方米，总计容面积68860.47平方米，总架空面积3421.15平方米，施工范围为施工图纸范围内及工程量清单范围内总平劳务分包工作及必要的安全文明施工。（具体详见工程量清单）

3. 投标人资格要求
|
||

||
3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3.1.1资质条件：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（1）须具备独立法人资格，具有有效营业执照的企业；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
（2）具有建设行政主管部门颁发的施工劳务资质、安全生产许可证书。企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的省外建筑企业须提供在有效期内的《四川省省外建筑企业入川承揽业务验证登记证》或带二维码的《四川省省外施工、监理企业入川承揽业务省厅基本信息录入证》或带二维码的《四川省省外建筑企业入川信息电子登记表》或在有效期内的四川省住房和城乡建设厅官网已公开的入川信息网页截图。

3.1.2业绩要求：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
近3年（2019 年 1 月 1 日至投标截止时间）近年（2019 年 1 月 1 日至投标截止时间）已完成不少于 1个类似项目。类似项目是指:合同金额不低于800万劳务专业承包业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。
|
||

3.1.3项目经理（项目负责人）的资格要求：具有建筑工程专业一级及以上注册建造师资格或工程序列中级及以上职称，建造师资格需具有省级及以上住房城乡建设主管部门颁发的安全生产考核合格证（B证）

3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。
|
||

4. 招标文件的获取

4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于 2022年 10月 16 日至 2022 年10 月20 日登录《雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司电子采购平台》（网址：http://www.builderp.cn/YASZJC/）<a href="http://www.builderp.cn/YASZJC/%EF%BC%89%E6%88%96%E3%80%8A%E3%80%8B">或</a>雅安产业投资（集团）有限公司官方网站（网址：http://www.yact.com.cn/）”免费下载招标资料（招标文件、技术资料等）。供应商须在本公告发布之日前已为雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司平台库中合格供应商。

4.2 招标人不提供招标文件获取的其他方式。

||

4.3供应商应在规定的时间内获取本招标文件，时间内未获取招标文件的供应商均无资格参加该项目的投标。
