根据《雅安市应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急指挥部通告》（第10号）相关要求，为做好疫情防控措施，经我司研究决定，本次通过互联网直播+现场随机抽取的方式确定四川雅安经济开发区人工湿地生态治理项目施工标段中标人。

一、定标小组组成

由四川省雅安市安信公证处、雅安产投（集团）有限工程部、法务监审部和本项目负责人等相关人员组成定标小组。

二、定标地点、方式及疫情防控要求

||

（一）定标地点和时间
|
||
</p>

||

||

地点：雅安公共资源交易中心开标室；
|
||

（二）中标候选人参与方式
|
||
</p>
|
||

1.APP注册：

||

||

||
中标候选人可通过具备互联网功能的智能手机或电脑在定标开始前，下载腾讯会议APP。打开腾讯会议，点击“注册/登录”按钮，进入帐号密码登录页面，点击“新用户注册”进入官网注册页，根据要求填写对应的信息并完成注册(可以选择“账号密码登录”、“验证码登录”、“微信登录”，如果购买了企业版，也可以选择使用“SSO登录”或“企业微信登录”，第一次使用微信登录时，需要注意绑定您的账号才可以登录成功)；：进入定标互联网会议室观看并见证抽取过程直播。

1.各中标候选人对应编号号
|
||
</p>
|
||

||
根据本项目在全国公共资源交易平台本项目中标候选人公示中的第一名至第八十名中标候选人名称顺序，我司将80枚同一规格的乒乓球从1到80的顺序进行编号，分别对应各公司中标候选人名称顺序（例：1号乒乓球对应中标候选人第一名纵揽建设发展有限公司，10号乒乓球对应对应中标候选人第十名四川惟博建设工程有限公司，以此类推）。

2.抽取中标人
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
由四川省雅安市安信公证处工作人员及公司法务监审部工作人员对80枚乒乓球及摇号机进行检查确认无误后，操作人员将乒乓球放入摇号，通过摇号产生的唯一一枚乒乓球编号对应的公司既作为本项目中标人，本次定标结果将在雅安公共资源交易中心中标结果公示栏进行公示。
