雅安经济开发区市政建筑工程有限公司拟对雅安职业技术学院大数据学院建设项目（一期）外墙真石漆、金属漆材料采购项目进行国内公开招标，兹邀请符合本次招标要求的供应商参加投标。

一、招标编号：

||

||

二、招标项目：雅安职业技术学院大数据学院建设项目（一期）外墙真石漆、金属漆材料采购。

三、资金情况：
|
||
</p>

||

||
1.资金来源： 自筹资金，已落实。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2.预算资金：3504182元（以采购人实际使用为准）。
|
||

四、招标项目简介：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
本项目共1个包。雅安职业技术学院大数据学院建设项目（一期）外墙真石漆、金属漆材料采购（具体详见招标文件第六章）。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
五、投标人参加本次采购活动，应当在提交投标文件前具备下列条件：
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
1、具有独立承担民事责任的能力；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
3、具有履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
4、具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
5、参加本次采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
6、符合法律、行政法规规定的其他条件；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
7、提供投标人单位及其现任法定代表人或主要负责人无行贿犯罪记录；
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
8、根据采购项目提出的特殊条件；
|
||

||

|
||
2019年1月1日以来具有至少一个外墙真石漆、金属漆供货业绩，证明材料为合同复印件或中标通知书加盖鲜章。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
9、投标人在投标时须提供“天眼查”查询公司关联情况。
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
六、禁止参加本次采购活动的供应商:
|
||
</p>
|
||
<p style="text-indent:2em;">
|
||
采购人将通过“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、“中国政府采购网”网站（www.ccgp.gov.cn）等渠道查询供应商在采购公告发布之日前的信用记录并保存信用记录结果网页截图，拒绝列入失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单中的供应商报名参加本项目的采购活动（以联合体形式参加本项目采购活动，联合体成员存在不良信用记录的，视同联合体存在不良信用记录）。

3.供应商应在规定的时间内获取本招标文件，时间内未获取招标文件的供应商均无资格参加该项目的投标。
