Hossy	71de890431	Fix commit to be a partial admin-focused commit ... Issue #4197 -- Commit currently commits all pending changes to the firewall, which could be very, very bad. Brian Torres-Gil	0453d656d6	fix(deploy/panos): data format improvements ... It was discovered in testing that PAN-OS < 9.0 has slightly different requirements for the multipart/form-data format and requires the `type` parameter to be passed in the URL.
